Property Matters is a dream come true for Joe Joshi. He has always believed that a weekly property programme on TV would have wide appeal to the millions of people who own, let, rent or invest in property in the UK. Property is at the heart of all of our lives and what happens in the property markets affects us all in different ways. Property Matters TV began broadcasting live on 18th October 2020. Every week, Joe and Paul focus on the biggest properties stories making the news, now over more than 70 episodes they have covered everything from Buy to Let mortgages and cladding to house prices and section 24 notices. Very often Joe and Paul invite special guests on to the show to provide specific expertise on key subject areas, these include property investment, finance, mortgages, lettings and tenancy.
